Preparing translation and rewrite

I am planning to provide an English translation along with a refined Chinese rewrite. I think I should also include a short lead sentence for a news piece and then ask for their preference. Given the formatting guidelines, I’ll keep it concise and use bullet points where appropriate. It’s really important to ensure there aren't any policy issues while crafting my response, and for this, it seems reasonable to answer in Chinese.
